Mike and Judy Flanagan were the key to unlocking our dream of designing and building a home of a lifetime. Without their patience, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing information, insight and guidance through the entire custom home process, from conceptualization through construction, we would still be just dreaming. As trying an experience as being an owner/builder is, we have many wonderful memories and would in fact love to do it all again. Construction Finished on Duvall Cedar D-Log Home

Custom Staircase

March 20, 2006: Ready for stain

Construction has been completed on a 3,300 sf custom home near Duvall, WA. This home features an attached 3-car garage (which is sided to match the home), along with four window bays to take full advantage of Mt. Rainier views and the surrounding horse acreage.

Custom details make all the difference, as you can see with the custom stairs in this home. Several interior walls are stud framed with sheetrock. The white walls brighten the interior of the home.

Snowmobiler Retreat

Cedar Log Cabin Retreat Lake Wenatchee mountain getaway cabin. This design is a modified Cutter with 1,084 sf on both the main and basement levels. The covered porch wraps around three sides of the home.

Modified Schooner Completed In Monroe

	Day 6 First floor timbers and midfloor installed.
	Day 7 Prow post and second floor walls are up.
	Day 9 Roof system and sheathing installed.
	Day 14 Dormers sided, soffits and fascia installed.
	Day 30 Doors and windows installed. Prow siding completed.

A 2,400 sf modified Schooner was delivered to Monroe, WA. Builders arrived the same day and installed the mudsill onto the perimeter concrete foundation.

The homeowners selected our laminated cedar timbers (Phoenix System) as their wall system. This home has a "prow front" Great Room / Kitchen / Dining area.

This home was project managed by a mother / daughter team.

Construction Completed On Remote Alaska Fishing Cabin

This prow-front style, 1500 sf chalet will be used as a corporate fishing retreat.
