I am writing this letter to let you know how wonderful it has been to work with Judy and Mike Flanagan on my cedar home. Mike and Judy were so nice and very generous with their time. After a complete tour (of their home) they explained the kiln drying process and unique way in which their homes are constructed. They lent me blueprints to study. They also gave me the names and numbers of other people to visit. I went to at least 8 of their customer's homes during the next few months. Mike and Judy's design experience was invaluable. They were very patient as I made revisions and I appreciated their many creative yet practical suggestions. They came out to my site on many occasions and helped me wrestle with the building and health departments. I couldn't have gotten my permits without them! Mike and Judy always go the extra mile!

This 1800 sf "prow front" style home has a 1500 sf basement with a double car garage. Main floor walls are laminated cedar timbers. The homeowner is having the shell of the home constructed and will project manage the rest of the home.

This impressive Schooner home was designed to fit a lakefront lot.  The overall square footage is 1,804 -- with 653 sf on the main and basement levels and a 498 sf loft.

The main level includes an open dining / kitchen / living area. It includes a fireplace and full pantry.

The loft level includes a 14 x 14 ft. master bedroom with an adjoining master bath.

The full basement is perfect for storing canoes and kayaks!

The total square footage is 3,806  with 1,775 sf on the main level and 1,190 sf on upper level.  The upper level also includes a 841 sf bonus room above the 3-car garage. 

The great room features a floor-to-ceiling window wall and a stone fireplace.

This home is being project managed by the homeowners.
