	The homeowner is setting the first floor timbers. The door and window openings are pre-cut. Each timber is pre-cut as well.
	Exterior shell is complete. The owner / builder is ready to begin finish work on the inside.

This 1,365 modified "Cutter" home is being built by the owner / builder in Sunshine Valley - near Hope, B.C. 

The main floor contains two bedrooms, full bath and and open kitchen / dining / living area.  The loft level has another full bath and overlooks the main living area.  The 420 basement accommodates a single car garage, sauna with changing room, a full bath and a family room.

Construction continues on a post and beam modified "Cutter" home overlooking Lake Cle Elum, Washington.

This 2,220 sf home has been designed as a family retreat and includes: 3 bedrooms plus a loft level master bedroom suite, a large kitchen / great room, family room, utility, office and storage space.  The basement level garage is 630 sf.  Almost every room in this house has an incredible mountain and lake view.

The view from this Monroe, WA home is incredible! The homeowners are building their own 660 sf cedar home with a full basement and attached garage. Plans include a wrap around deck and a gazebo. Perfect for watching the wildlife and hot air balloons!

The owner / builders have completed the walls and roof system on the main house. The attached, framed garage is now completed.

The first load of materials was delivered on April 18th to a jobsite near Port Angeles, WA. The foundation is in and the contractor is ready to go.


The 2,735 sf home includes a large Master Suite, Project Room, Computer Room, Library and Guest Room.

The Living Room has an open, vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view of the Olympic mountains.
