Construction is well underway on a 3,172 sf custom cedar home near Elk River, Idaho.

This home features a main level master bedroom suite and a huge kitchen / dining / great room area. The main level also includes a laundry, study and sewing room.

The upper level includes two bedrooms, bath and a loft overlooking the great room.

The basement level includes a garage, rec room, storage and shop.

	With the exception of rails, the exterior addition is complete.

One of our cedar home owners is adding onto their home. They're project managing the construction of 650 sf of additional space. The addition will include storage on the lower level, shop space on the main floor and a libary on the third level. This is the third addition to this cedar home.

This 2,480 sf modified Squire home has been completed and the homeowners are moving in. 

This homeowner hired a project manager to assist with the organization and construction of their home.

This home features our Phoenix System (5-lam timber wall) system, with vinyl insulated windows and high definition composition roofing.

Interior finishes include bamboo hardwood flooring, a stone-faced Great Room fireplace, Master Bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub and a handcrafted interior staircase.
