Perimeter foundation installed and ready for the floor system.
	Halfway through the first day of installing laminated timber wall system.
	Timber walls are up and the roof system is underway.
	At the end of two weeks, the roof system is done, windows and doors installed -- and Sikkens stain applied.

These homeowners are project managing an 850 sf addition to their existing home.  The addition is built with our laminated cedar timber wall system.

The added space will include a new kitchen and rec room.

The timber walls were up in about one day.

The homeowners sided over the dormer on their existing home -- to match the timber walls on the addition. 

Plans call for new roofing for both the existing home and addition.

The total time elapsed from the installation of the floor system to the roof system was about 10 days.

	Day 3 of shell construction
	Day 4 Plywood sheathing is on. Forklift was used to install beams.
	The framers finished the covered porch and addition. Windows and doors installed.

These homeowners are looking forward to expanding their living space.  The new addition will include a master bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, new full bath, laundry / mudroom and a small office.

	Roof trusses are being set

The building crew is making good progress on this post and beam custom garage.  The unheated garage area is 37' x 28'.  Plenty of room for 3 cars -- or in this case, two cars and a boat.

The overhead bonus room is 1,049 sf. It includes an open kitchen, dining living area - all with access to the deck (and a fabulous view!). A bedroom, full bath and closet complete the upper level.

	Day 1 of construction: Mudsill being installed on perimeter foundation.
	Laminated columns in place. The first courses of cedar timbers are laid down.
	Timber walls finished. Framing has begun.
	Rafters installed and ready for sheathing.
	Roof system, windows and doors installed. Shell completed.

The framing crew has arrived and construction has begun. This 680 sf craftsman-style cabin is a hybrid mix of our laminated timbers and stud wall construction. The design includes two bedrooms, open living / kitchen / dining, 1 full bath, a half bath and an enclosed sun porch.

It took about 3 weeks to complete the shell for this home.
